We’ve used him several times for plumbing at our home in King, most recently for a leak that he was able to get fixed for us the next day. He’s quick to come out, and has always been more reasonably priced than other quotes!

Mr. Jones returned my phone call promptly and showed up on time and removed a leaky faucet and installed a new one for me. He doubled checked all the fittings when he was finished. I will definitely use him again!

We had hired this plumber to install a water softener system in our home. First, he rescheduled twice with us and kept pushing install back. We were finally able to get him out on a day that I was home. From the beginning he had a very bad attitude and was extremely rude when he was having difficulty finding the house. Then when he arrives he complains about the brand or type of water softener we had ordered saying he wish we had sent pictures (which I had via text and he said over the phone that it was okay). He acted like he was unfamiliar with the system and did not know if he could install it. I told him if he did not feel comfortable that I would call someone else to install it to which he replied “no, I can put anything in”. He told me he wasn’t sure if it would work the way I wanted it to, I told him that this was the same system I had in my previous home and it worked wonderfully. Btw, it was an aquasure softener and whole house filter from Lowe’s. He did the install but the system was leaking and he told me he had tried several times to resolve but that I may need to bypass the system temporarily and call someone out to service the system, claiming the leak was due to product quality. He finally was able to get it to stop leaking. He told me I just had to read the instructions to complete setup since it is electronic. He did not complete steps on the install including doing set up on the electronic equipment or running it through the necessary cycles which stated clearly in the instructions was necessary for install. It is supposed to be set on a timer to cycle through every night and he did not do this. Instead he told me to read instructions and gave me a bill and left. My husband contacted him to ask why he did not complete setup and he was extremely unprofessional saying we needed to figure it out. We explained this is why we hired a plumber to complete these steps. Then he tried to say he did not complete because he is not familiar with the system but that “it’s not rocket science” and that he was supposedly he was trying to save us money by leaving. We would have rather paid to have it done right and complete or not at all. I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. He had a horrible attitude and acted like he did not want to do the job and I’m wishing he would’ve just left instead of saying he could do it. Unfortunately I was home without my husband so I believe he took advantage of that fact. I will never call him again. Do not let these 5 star reviews fool you. This same system was installed in my last house by a different plumber and he completed the entire process for less and walked me through how to maintain the system. I expected the same from this plumber and did not receive it.

First contacted Mr. Jones in 2/21 when the hot water heater wasn’t working. With Covid raging, he talked me through some steps on the phone, I then ordered, and replaced a bad circuit board. No charge, no nothing, just helping. A few days ago I noticed the hot water heater leaking, called Mr. Jones, set up a day, and he switched it out. Also, the well pressure wasn’t right, so he checked it out, fixed it up, and the systems running better than ever.

James was early and very professional, pric for service was very fair. I will use him again.
